This magazine is published by:

SoFoKleS, the Social Fund for the Knowledge sector, carries out projects and research, and subsidises activities in the field of the academic employment market. The fund shares its knowledge with the Dutch universities, research institutions and university medical centres (UMCs).

The content of this magazine has been created in cooperation with the sector. The content is based on a study of literature and interviews with female scientists, and with all those responsible for HR in all universities and research institutions, with the exception of the Koninklijke Bibliotheek (Royal Library).
